Data Entry Clerk – Bloemfontein

As a Data Entry Clerk you will sit alongside the sales and service team and will be responsible for processing customer orders, inputting details onto the internal CRM system and maintain accurate customer records.

Description

As a Data Entry Clerk you will:

  • Be responsible for inputting customer details into the internal CRM system
  • Maintaining customer accounts on the system, recording changes in details and processing new accounts
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets with changes to orders in preparation to be processed
  • Generate paperwork for customers including order confirmations
  • Support the team leader with reconciliations
  • Use Excel to create pivot tables and VLOOKUPS to process data for reporting purposes
  • General admin support across the team

Profile

The successful Data Entry Clerk will have:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Have previous experience with high levels of data entry
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Be able to effectively use Microsoft Excel to a high standard including creating Picot tables and VLOOKUPS
  • Be organised and pro-active, this role will require you to work well under pressure
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
