Description
The key responsibilities of Administrative Assistant will be:
- Coordinating the Service Engineers diaries across the Free State
- Confirming Invoices with the finance team
- Helping to open and develop different accounts
- Collating and filing expenses
- General administrative duties
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience within an Administrative role. You will be confident, switched on and highly organised.
