The client are a small Financial Services firm based in  Senekal.

Description

The key responsibilities of Administrative Assistant will be:

  • Coordinating the Service Engineers diaries across the Free State
  • Confirming Invoices with the finance team
  • Helping to open and develop different accounts
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • General administrative duties

Profile

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience within an Administrative role. You will be confident, switched on and highly organised.
