We are seeking for 4x permanent Admins Receptionists to join our clients team in Welkom. These roles offers flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have immediate availability and possess strong customer service skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and ensuring effective communication.

Greeting guests warmly and offering refreshments.

Efficiently setting up meeting rooms for various functions.

Performing additional administrative tasks as required.

Handling post and providing general facilities support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Immediate availability to start.

Strong customer service and telephone manner.

Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

Proficiency in administration and IT skills.
