We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client as their team is growing.

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between the sales team, customers, and suppliers – helping to process orders, manage quotes, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing sales orders and quotations
  • Liaising with customers to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Managing and updating internal systems and records
  • Following up on deliveries and back orders
  • Assisting with general office support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
  • Previous experience in a sales support or admin role is desirable, but not essential
