An Office Junior is needed to join the specialist team of a leading firm of genealogists based in Thaba Nchu. This reputable genealogy and national probate research firm specialises in tracing beneficiaries and provides a range of services tailored to assist estate administration professionals both within the FREE STATE and nationwide.

Working at the forefront of the company the Office Junior can expect a varied role that involves assisting with various office tasks as directed by Partners, Case Managers, and the Office Manager. Responsibilities include file closure and record organisation, handling postal correspondence, internal document filing, professional telephone call management, stock control and general office duties as required.
