Office Assistant – Bethelehem

Our client helps commercial landlords, facilities managers, care home owners and business owners to understand, strengthen and deliver their fire safety compliance obligations and they want a telesales executive to join their team on a fulltime basis.

  • R18,000-R20,000 basic salary
  • Working hours Monday to Friday
  • Fulltime, permanent position

Your role as an Office Assistant/PA

  • Outbound calling
  • Inbound calling including taking in orders, were going to give you the understanding of our business and why we’re different.
  • Data Input to our CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Sales lead management getting the tender opportunities to the right people

General Administration

Experience required

  • 1 year’s operational experience in B2B telesales environment is an advantage
  • Professional, but we don’t mind a cheeky and confident telephone manner people buy from people and we love personality here.
  • A whizz on HubSpot
  • Self-motivated approaching work with a mature, positive sales attitude
  • Drive to succeed in a B2B sales environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently work towards and exceed expectations
  • Strong telephone manner, clarity, confidence to project offer over the telephone
  • Proven track record in outbound telesales with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow ensuring financial sales objectives are delivered
  • You’ll be answering emails, preparing quotes, talking to suppliers, scheduling work for engineers
