What you’ll be doing
- Manage phones, incoming enquiries, visitor hospitality, and that all-important first impression
- Set clear priorities and support another member of the team and their growth
- Quote customers using product information sheets and pricing tools; follow through with order processing and timely purchase orders
- Post invoices, pre-invoices, and reconcile accounts
- Coordinate SA & shipments—raise APC, DHL, and export documentation, book transport, print labels, and track despatch
- Build and maintain spreadsheets in Excel, draft letters, labels, and reports in Word
- General admin & ad-hoc projects that keep the wheels turning smoothly
What you’ll bring
- Solid experience as an Office Manager (or similar) in a manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment
- Confident user of Sage 50 or Sage Cloud and the full Microsoft Office suite—especially Excel
- First-class organisational skills: you prioritise, multitask, and stay calm when deadlines collide
